Business Development Manager |Logistics & 3PL | $$$$$$ SALARY PACKAGE

This is a true Business Development position focused on identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across transport, warehousing, distribution and third-party logistics (3PL). You'll work closely with prospective customers to understand their supply chain requirements and develop tailored logistics solutions that create long-term value.

Key responsibilities

Winning new logistics, transport and warehousing customers
n
Developing strategic relationships across a diverse range of industries
n
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to implementation
n
Preparing tailored logistics and supply chain solutions
n
Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
n
Working closely with operations to ensure successful customer onboarding
n
Representing the business professionally within the market
n

About you

Proven track record of generating new business
n
Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills
n




Ability to identify customer challenges and develop commercial solutions
n
Excellent communication and presentation skills
n
Strong commercial acumen
n
Self-motivation and ability to manage your own sales activity
n
Experience within logistics, transport, freight, warehousing or supply chain is highly regarded
n
