We are seeking an experienced
Senior Commercial Broker – Property & Development Finance
to join our growing commercial lending team.
This is an
office-based Melbourne CBD role
for an experienced commercial broker with a strong background in
property, development and construction finance
.
You'll work across complex and high-value transactions, build strong relationships with developers and property investors, and play an important role in the continued growth of the commercial business.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing the end-to-end broking process across property, development and construction finance
Working with property developers, investors and business owners to understand their funding requirements
Structuring complex commercial lending solutions
Managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to settlement
Preparing and presenting finance proposals to lenders
Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, non-bank lenders and key stakeholders
Managing a strong pipeline and ensuring transactions progress efficiently
Negotiating with lenders to achieve strong outcomes for clients




Identifying new business opportunities and growing an existing client network
Keeping up to date with lender policies, products and market changes
Providing a high level of service throughout the lending process
About You
Proven experience as a
Commercial Broker
Strong experience across
Property, Development and Construction Finance
Extensive knowledge of commercial lending and property finance
Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex transactions
Strong lender relationships and understanding of credit requirements
Proven track record of managing and converting a lending pipeline
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills
Commercially minded with a strong focus on client outcomes
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Self-motivated, driven and confident working in a high-performing environment

$150,000 – $200,000 + super
, depending on experience
