The Role
n
You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 130 properties, with support from remote professionals to help keep the administration under control.
n
As the portfolio grows, you'll have the opportunity to take on more leadership responsibility and become a key part of the future structure of the department.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n

Landlord and tenant communication
n
Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
n
Portfolio reporting and compliance
n
Supporting and mentoring team members as required
n
Helping improve processes as the department grows
n
Gradually stepping into greater Team Leader responsibilities
n
n

The Candidate
n
n
Minimum 2+ years residential property management experience
n
Strong knowledge of end-to-end property management
n
Confidence managing landlord and tenant relationships
n
Excellent organisation and communication skills
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
An interest in stepping into leadership and mentoring others
n
Reapit or Console Cloud experience highly regarded
n
