We're growing our Fundraising team at Ronald McDonald House Sydney

We're looking for a Fundraising Specialist to join us full-time at our House in Randwick.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3+ years' fundraising experience who's ready to take the next step, own their own fundraising programs and broaden their experience across different areas of fundraising.
n
Rather than putting you into one little fundraising box, we want this role to have the opportunity to work across a mix of programs and campaigns, which could include:
n
n
Mid-level donor stewardship
n
Gifts in Wills
n
Donor journeys and supporter engagement
n
Campaign planning, delivery and reporting
n
n
You'll report to our Fundraising Manager and join a collaborative Fundraising & Marketing team where you'll have your own areas of responsibility, but we'll also work across campaigns, share knowledge and learn from each other.

What we're looking for:
n
Someone with at least 2–3 years' fundraising experience who loves building relationships, understands what makes a great supporter experience and is excited about developing their fundraising career.

Full-time | $85k–$95k + super + salary packaging
