LOTUS CARAVANS is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead Freestyle RVS dealership into its next growth stage, building a high-performance sales culture and delivering premium customer experiences.

You will manage day-to-day sales operations, coach staff, close deals, oversee stock presentation and drive used caravan acquisitions, while coordinating with finance, administration and service teams.
