Job Description
Duties
n
n
You will provide input on the planning of current and future work schedules, budgets, and staffing needs; reviews assigned job orders, workload data, plans, specifications, sketches and instructions.
n
You will plan weekly/monthly work schedules and worker assignments to accomplish projects; plans sequence of work operations for subordinates and any special work methods to be used.
n
You will coordinate availability of any special tools, materials, equipment, and assist with trade help required. Reviews and redirects resources as needed.
n
You will attempt to foresee and eliminate potential bottlenecks by own coordination with other groups, or by recommending action to higher supervisory levels, if necessary.
n
You will assign tasks, tools, equipment and materials to workers; lays out work for the group; interprets plans and instructions, as necessary; instructs workers on proper work methods, difficult work operations.
n
You will keep all work operations under close observation and control; resolves working problems and takes action to overcome bottlenecks, equipment breakdowns, material shortages and other delays, requesting special permission.
n
You will monitor the use and care of equipment, and protected work practices.
n
You will ensures proper quantity of work from subordinates, inspects work for quality and conformance with
instructions/specifications,
and is responsible for
validity/correctness
of all temporary services performed.
