About the Role
n
We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver solid service, culture and results.

You will:

Lead service and set the standard on the floor
n
Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
n




Coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences
n
Assist with rostering, labour control and daily reporting
n
Maintain high service, product and compliance standards
n
Help build strong community and team culture
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a pub-style venue
n
Strong service skills and calmness under pressure
n
Confident communicator and natural team motivator
n
Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance
n
Availability across evenings and weekends.
n
Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about their team and guests.
