About the role (Senior & Junior Roles available)

This full-time Trades Service Administration role is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated team at National 1 Trades, based in Flinders Park, SA.
n
What you'll be doing
n
Assisting with scheduling and dispatch trades to customer job sites
n
Talking with customers to understand their service requirements and coordinate timely resolutions
n
Help maintain records of job progress and customer feedback
n
Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and suggest process enhancements
n
Collaborate with the broader team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
n
Takes jobs through from set up to invoice
n
Work with team members on the field to create and send off trade quotes
n
Work with management to create efficiencies within systems and processes
n
Assist with the accounting and general Administration
n
What we're looking for
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and trade professionals
n




Valuable skills with a computer with the ability to move swiftly to complete tasks
n
Understanding of trade services, safety requirements, and industry regulations
n
The ability to work with Simpro so our main management software or similar application
n
