Hiring: Civil Supervisors - Multiple Locations (Darwin, Perth, Adelaide)

We're looking for 4 experienced Civil Supervisors to join our growing team across Australia. These are fantastic opportunities to lead high-impact projects in dynamic environments, including specialist defence sector work.

The Roles:

2 positions in Darwin - Lead civil teams on infrastructure
n
1 position in Perth - Oversee civil development projects
n
1 position in Adelaide - Manage civil operations across defence project portfolios
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven track record managing civil construction teams in office
n
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering practices and standards
n
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
n
Experience with project scheduling, cost control, and safety compliance
n




Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
n
Defence security clearance (or willingness to obtain) - advantageous for relevant positions
n

What You'll Do:

Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with project teams
n
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
n
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
n
Mentor and develop site personnel
n
Liaise with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
n
