n On your continuous shift roster of 2 days, 2 nights and 4 off, you'll spend 50% of your time leading, coordinating, planning, and developing your team, and 50% working alongside them - building trust, capability, and a culture of safety and performance.

What You'll Own
n
Leadership & Coordination (50%)
n
Lead and coordinate shift activities to meet production, safety, quality, and cost targets.
n
Plan labour, manage leave, and align resources to daily production priorities.
n
Run structured pre-starts, shift meetings, and handovers that keep everyone aligned.
n
Maintain accurate records, complete shift reports, and monitor KPIs.
n
Coach, support, and develop employees - building capability and future leaders.
n
Communicate clearly across shifts, maintenance, logistics, and management.
n
Lead problem-solving,



continuous improvement, and incident response.
n
Fulfil the role of Chief Warden during emergencies.
n
Active Crew Member (50%)
n
Work alongside the team to complete production tasks and maintain workflow.
n
Operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, support changeovers, and assist during peak periods.
n
Maintain Level 5 operational competency and uphold safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
n
Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support while on the floor.
n
Model the behaviours, teamwork, and accountability expected of the crew.
n
What You Bring
n
Experience in production, operations, or manufacturing leadership.
n
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to lead people while staying hands-on and grounded in operations.
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
n
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
n
Confidence supervising up to 30 employees in a rapid-paced environment.
n
