The Role
n
As Head Chef, you'll lead all aspects of kitchen operations — from menu creation and food costing to staff mentoring and service execution. We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to innovate, inspire, and work hands‐on with the team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Designing and evolving seasonal menus
n
Managing and motivating a passionate kitchen team
n
Ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation across every dish
n
Overseeing kitchen budgets,



stock control, and food safety compliance
n
Collaborating with directors to deliver top‐tier dining experiences
n

About You
n

Proven experience in a senior chef or head chef role
n
Passionate about food, local produce, and kitchen culture
n
Natural leader with strong communication and team‐building skills
n
Calm under pressure, solutions‐focused, and highly organised
n
Knowledge of cost control, ordering, and kitchen systems
n
Relevant qualifications and food safety certifications
n
