Lime Recruitment is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced AO6 Senior Project Officer. Working within a Strategy and Engagement team, you will lead key projects focused on strengthening organisational preparedness, building stakeholder capability, and supporting engagement initiatives across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning, delivery and evaluation of projects, ensuring objectives, timelines and outcomes are achieved.
n
Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities and success measures.
n
Develop, manage and adjust project schedules, resources and deliverables to meet agreed standards and timeframes.
n
Coordinate project communications, including stakeholder engagement, reporting, presentations, events and advocacy activities.
n
Monitor project risks and issues,



maintain project registers and stakeholder records, and elevate emerging concerns as required.
n
Undertake research and analysis to inform project planning and continuous improvement, while ensuring robust document management, record-keeping and compliance with project management methodologies

About You:
n
n
Solid background in end-to-end project planning, delivery, and reporting. Engagement & reporting.
n
Proven experience designing and delivering education, engagement, or behaviour change initiatives.
n
Exceptional written/verbal communication and stakeholder management abilities.
n
Strong organizational and event management expertise.
n
Excellent analytical, research, and risk management capabilities.
n
Willingness to undertake occasional travel for events or stakeholder meetings as required (reimbursed per SOA provisions)
