Production Yard Hands & General Labourers
n Location: Caversham, WA
n Roster: Monday-Friday | 6:00am-2:00pm
n Employment Type: Ongoing Casual | Potential to become permanent

Category 5 Labour Management is seeking reliable and experienced Production Yard Hands and General Labourers with a current LF Forklift Licence to join our client, a well-established Australian manufacturer and supplier of bricks, concrete blocks, pavers and other building products.
n These are hands‐on roles combining forklift operation, production work and manual handling within a busy outdoor manufacturing environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Operate forklifts to move and organise product packs
n
Load, unload and relocate products safely around the yard
n
Assist with manufacturing concrete blocks and masonry products
n
Pick, pack and strap finished products
n
Complete quality checks on finished products
n
Assist with production machinery and general labouring
n
Complete repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
n
Maintain clean and safe production and yard areas
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
n
Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
n
Previous forklift operating experience – essential
n
Current WA Driver's Licence and reliable transport
n
Previous manufacturing, production, yard or similar hands‐on experience
n
Reliable work history and positive attendance
n




Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual handling
n
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
n
Ability to complete required online onboarding and site inductions prior to commencement
n
