You will lead a team of Disability Support Workers, oversee daily operations, and ensure consistent, person-centred care for participants.
The role requires coordinating rostering, participant services and compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, while supporting recruitment and staff development.
Clinic/documentation literacy and solid stakeholder engagement are essential.
