The Women's and Children's Health Network (WCHN) in Adelaide is seeking a Part time Young Parents Worker (0.6 FTE) for a fixed-term contract until 22 March ****.
The role focuses on engaging young people, including young pregnant and parenting individuals, to access and navigate specialised primary health care services within a case management framework.
Qualified social workers with membership eligibility of AASW, experience with youth, trauma-informed care, and supervision of staff or students
