Job Description
Bupa Health Services in Melbourne seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the performance of a group of Medical Centres. You will work with the National Operations Manager and the Bupa Medical team to drive operational efficiency, financial performance and patient satisfaction.

You will lead Practice Managers, set site KPIs, and develop capabilities through planning, analysis, process improvements and change initiatives, with travel across Vic, Qld and NT.
