Job Description
Sharp & Carter, a Perth-based scale-up backed by permanent capital, seeks an owner-operator with full P&L; accountability from day one. You will report to the founder and lead the integration of two businesses into one platform, then drive growth through sales, operations, and acquisitions.

Key duties include building a lean, high-performing team, implementing automation and AI tools, refining export and customs processes, and creating a category-based supply chain to improve pricing and terms.
