The Role
Reporting to the Group Manager – Risk, Quality & Assurance, this role plays a key part in strengthening and advancing CBH Group's Risk Management Framework.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will foster a proactive risk culture, embed effective risk management practices and support compliance with regulatory, legislative and governance requirements.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Lead end-to-end risk workshops, including facilitation, documentation, and final risk profile preparation for Chief signoff.
Manage compilation of Executive Risk Committee and draft Board papers within required timelines.
Conduct Business Impact Assessments and support business units in maintaining up-to-date BCPs and test programs.
Support crisis simulation exercises and updates to the Crisis Management Plan (CMP) in conjunction with the Group Manager – Risk, Quality & Assurance.
Support the business in managing its compliance obligations.
Manage and administer the Group's fraud analytics platform.
About You:
Tertiary qualification in Business or a related discipline.
Proven experience in risk management,



compliance,auditand governance frameworks, including ISO *****:****.
