CatholicCare NT is seeking a Team Leader for the Menehaviour Change Program in Darwin and Katherine to guide delivery of MBCP, Co-responder and court support services.
You will supervise staff, promote quality practice and collaborate with womens services to mitigate risk.
Candidates will have qualifications in menehaviour change, robust leadership, knowledge of CBT/ACT/DBT/MI, and experience with DFV frameworks, data reporting and working with Indigenous communities.
