AJ Baker & Sons are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Service Administrator to join the Adelaide Service Department team on a permanent fulltime basis. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions within the service department, including service call management, resource allocation, and coordination of maintenance activities.

You will be responsible for:
n
n
Receiving, logging and invoicing of service calls
n
Allocation of service mechanics to service calls, and scheduled maintenances
n
Coordination, calculation & data entry of time sheets
n




Preparing & receipting purchase orders
n
Coordinate and assist in all areas of the service department
n
n
To be a successful candidate, you will possess:
n
n
Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience
n
Service Coordination experience advantageous
n
Ability to multitask & schedule maintenances promptly
n
High attention to detail
n
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
n
Full unrestricted driver's license is essential
n
