Job Description
VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency seeks a dynamic leader to oversee Care Services and Cultural Programs across Eastern VACCA. You will guide service delivery, partnerships, compliance and performance while empowering staff through supervision and career development in a culturally safe, community-focused environment.

The role requires qualifications in Social Work or Community Services and proven leadership in community services, with a preference for ACCO experience.
