Job Description
Ethos is seeking senior compliance analysts with 5+ years in data privacy or regulatory compliance to train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own DPIAs, records of processing activities, GDPR/CCPA gap assessments, and drafts of privacy notices and vendor DPAs to withstand regulator and customer scrutiny.

The role is fully remote on a adaptable schedule (5–20 hours per week) with compensation at $90/hour.
