As a Senior Supervisor, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day delivery of major energy and transmission projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, subcontractors and construction crews, you will lead site operations and coordinate resources to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, to program and to the required quality standards.
This is an opportunity to work on projects of state significance, lead experienced construction teams and contribute to the delivery of Australia's essential infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate daily site construction activities
Supervise construction crews, subcontractors, plant and resources
Coordinate works in accordance with project programs and schedules
Monitor productivity, progress and construction quality
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site coordination meetings
Interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation
Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and client representatives
Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise
Maintain strong standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements
Maintain accurate site records, reporting and documentation
Support effective planning and coordination across project work fronts
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor who can lead from the front and bring strong practical knowledge of civil construction and major project delivery.
Demonstrated experience as a Senior Supervisor, Civil Supervisor or similar
Strong experience leading civil construction teams, subcontractors, plant and resources
Experience across energy,
transmission, utilities or major infrastructure projects highly regarded
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, site operations and project programs
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation
Hands-on experience with inspections, quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
Solid understanding of construction safety, risk management and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, resolve issues and lead teams effectively under pressure
Proficient with site reporting, project documentation and basic computer applications
Relevant trade qualification, Certificate IV, diploma or degree in civil construction, engineering or construction management highly regarded
Current White Card
Willingness to work DIDO/FIFO rosters across regional project locations
Ability to successfully complete required pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
