About the role
n This is an exciting new opportunity to join Uniform Group Pty Ltd as an On-Campus Manager, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations at our On-Campus store at West Moreton College
n
This role is based as a part time position , working 24 hours per week in Terms 1 and 4 and 19.5 hours in Terms 2 and 3. , Availability Monday, Wednesday , and Friday
n
As a key member of the team, you will be accountable for driving sales, maximising profitability, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This part-time position offers the chance to develop your retail management skills and make a tangible impact within a growing organisation.

What you'll be doing
n
Manage and lead a team of retail assistants to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and loss prevention
n
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive in-store environment
n




Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
n
Collaborate with the wider business to support regional and national initiatives
n
Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the store team

What we're looking for
n
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the apparel industry but not essential.
n
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
n
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
n
Proficient in data analysis and using technology to drive operational efficiencies
n
Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales and financial targets
n
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
During mid-January the on campus store will be open for extended periods.
n
A Working with Children and undergoing a police check are conditions of employment.
