Job Description
The South Australian Harness Racing Club Inc is looking for an experienced Gaming Manager to lead the gaming operations of a member based community Club in the growing northern suburbs. This iconic venue hosts over ninety harness racing meetings per annum and feature's function rooms, a bistro, a gaming lounge, and bar. This role will oversee the gaming operations of the Club, reporting directly to the CEO and playing a pivotal role in its continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day gaming operations of a Club and assist with bistro, functions, and bar areas
n
Provide strong leadership and direction of staff
n
Drive a positive team culture focused on service excellence and accountability
n
Oversee gaming staff, training, rostering and performance management
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, licensing, RSA and RSG standards
n
Manage budgets,



financial reporting, and business performance indicators
n
Work collaboratively with the CEO on strategic planning and reporting
n

Skills and Experience
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar senior leadership in a hospitality venue
n
Proven leadership ability in a dynamic environment
n
Strong understanding of gaming, and hospitality service delivery
n
Demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
n
RSA and RSG certifications (mandatory)
n
