As a Specialised Carer, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalised care and creating a welcoming, home-like environment.About the roleHourly Rates : $***** to $***** P/H + penaltiesPlease note: Rosters available may not suit student visa due to hour restrictions. Unlimited work rights will be highly regarded.Shifts include : *** Ideally you will be able to work a mix of the below shifts7.15am-***** - Morning shift*************- Afternoon shift************- Night shiftResponsibilitiesProvide personal care including grooming and hygieneDeliver care in accordance with individual care plansSupport and care for guests during overnight or extended staysPromote guest dignity and independence through daily activitiesMaintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in care professionallyYou will occasionally assist Guests to access and participate in community activities and events by providing transport support.
