Essential Nursing and Disability Services in Wembley, WA, is hiring a Disability Support Worker to provide daily living assistance and compassionate, person-centred care for individuals living with dementia and complex needs.
You will work through a casual basis initially with potential progression to part time, joining a small supportive team and following PBS strategies to enhance independence and quality of life in home and community settings.
