Job Description
As our Senior Interior Designer, you will be involved across a broad range of projects, from initial client consultations and concept development through to working drawings, selections and construction. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of design across our projects while ensuring designs are practical, functional, achievable and aligned with client expectations and budgets.

Key responsibilities
n
Leading and supporting the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
n
Reviewing and assessing designs, quotations and budgets to ensure they meet client expectations and company standards.
n
Welcoming clients to our showroom and assisting with incoming phone enquiries.
n
Working directly with clients to understand their requirements, preferences and vision.
n
Assisting clients with selections of materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings and other interior elements.
n
Conducting client consultations and site measures as required.
n
Developing and supporting concept designs, working drawings, council documentation and project quotations.
n
Reviewing and refining joinery drawings to ensure accuracy, functionality and design quality.
n
Collaborating with the wider team to ensure projects transition smoothly from design through to construction.
n
Styling and maintaining our showroom displays to ensure they remain current, inspiring and engaging.
n
Providing administrative and general design support as required.
n
About you
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Senior Interior Designer or similar role.
n
Proven experience in residential interior design, particularly renovations.
n
A strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes and current design trends.
n




Proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce and interpret detailed design documentation.
n
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
n
Excellent communication and client liaison skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach to design.
n
The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team-oriented team environment.
n
A genuine passion for creating beautiful, functional and well-considered residential spaces.
n
A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred.
