About r.d Psychology
r.d Psychology is a warm, established private practice supporting neurodivergent children, adolescents and their families. We provide genuinely neuro-affirming therapy and assessment services and have strong relationships with local paediatricians, GPs, schools and allied health professionals.
Translation: large waiting list and growing.... You can step into an existing caseload without networking at awkward events, creating clinical content for Instagram or convincing your friends to share your business page.
About the Role
We are looking for a psychologist to join our supportive, close-knit team. You might be an early-career psychologist or registrar wanting guidance, an experienced clinician seeking greater flexibility, or somewhere comfortably in between.
Choose your preferred days, hours, caseload size and mix of therapy and assessment work. We ask for a minimum commitment of two days per week, with room to grow—but no expectation that work should take over your life.
What We Offer
An existing client load and consistent referral stream
Flexible days, hours and caseload size
Therapy, assessment or mixed caseload options
Dedicated administrative support—because psychologists should not have to do everything
Fortnightly peer supervision
Monthly individual supervision with Principal Clinical Psychologist and AHPRA-approved supervisor Roxanne Dogon
A beautiful,

welcoming practice in the Kingsford/Randwick area
A genuinely collegial team: autonomy without isolation and support without micromanagement
About You
You will have:
Full AHPRA registration and Medicare provider eligibility
Experience or a solid interest in working with children, adolescents and families
Knowledge of, or enthusiasm for developing expertise in, Autism and ADHD
A warm, engaging and genuinely neuro-affirming approach
Availability for at least two days per week
Clinical registrars and early-career psychologists with relevant experience are warmly encouraged to apply. Your caseload will be matched to your skills and confidence, with support available as you grow.
Experienced psychologists will have the freedom to practise with autonomy while enjoying an established caseload, excellent systems and a team of people who understand the job (so you can leave the admin behind).
If you are looking for a flexible, well-supported role that is genuinely easy to step into - without having to build a caseload from the ground up - we would love to hear from you!
r.d Psychology welcomes applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and lived experiences. We value diversity, curiosity and clinicians who bring their whole, human selves to work.
