At Aussie Broadband, we're here to change the game – and that includes how our people learn, grow and experience work. As a Capability & People Experience Partner, you'll work directly with leaders and our People team to design learning programs and employee experiences that genuinely move the dial. This is a hands‐on role blending learning design, human‐centred thinking and change capability – perfect if you like turning insight into action. This is a 5‐month max‐term hybrid role based in our Melbourne office, commencing in July.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver modern learning solutions (digital, blended and face‐to‐face) that build real capability
Partner with leaders to diagnose needs and translate business priorities into practical people solutions
Support and evolve leadership programs and enterprise‐wide capability initiatives
Improve the employee experience across key moments in the lifecycle, using data, feedback and insight
Collaborate across the business to embed learning and experience initiatives
Continuously refine programs, staying current with learning, capability and system trends
Qualifications
Experience across learning & development, capability, change, OD, HR or experience design




A strong grounding in human‐centred design and modern learning approaches
Confidence working with LMS and digital learning tools
Comfort using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
Solid project and change capability – you can move from idea to delivery
The ability to juggle priorities and stay focused in a fast‐paced environment
