Job Description
Kambu Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation for Health in Ipswich and West Moreton seeks an Our Families Our Way Practitioner to deliver culturally protected, family-centred case management for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families involved in the Child Protection system. You will work under Delegated Authority to promote safety, permanency, and cultural identity.
