About you
n
We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager / Residential Aged Care Manager who is confident leading a large home and engaging teams to achieve excellent outcomes.
n
Essential requirements:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Proven experience managing a residential aged care home
n
Strong leadership and people management capability
n
Sound understanding of aged care quality and compliance requirements
n
Experience managing financial and operational performance
n
Strong knowledge of AN-ACC and accreditation
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Genuine commitment to delivering high-quality resident outcomes
n
n
