At CSC, we're committed to protecting the retirement outcomes of millions of Australians. As our cyber security capability continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced a Manager, Cyber Defence and Resilience to join our Transformation & Technology team.
n
This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for safeguarding critical systems and information assets while partnering with senior leaders across the business to strengthen CSC's cyber security posture.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Lead and develop CSC's Cyber Defence and Resilience team
n
Oversee cyber operations, including incident response, threat monitoring and vulnerability management
n
Strengthen CSC's security controls, technologies and resilience capabilities
n
Provide cyber security advice and assurance to senior leaders and governance forums
n
Partner with stakeholders to manage cyber risk and support business outcomes
n
Champion modern security practices, including Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
n
Promote a strong cyber security culture across CSC
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related discipline
n
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or similar will be highly regarded.
n
Experience working within cyber security, technology risk, audit, compliance or related disciplines.
n
Solid knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234 and the Essential Eight
n




The ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
n
Experience building strong relationships across business and technology teams
n
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk-informed decision making
n
