Karidis Corporation Limited is a leading property development company in South Australia, with extensive portfolios of residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and car park assets.

With ongoing expansion and new developments, we require a energetic manager to oversee both operational and commercial management of our car parks to ensure maximum occupancy, optimal asset performance, and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities include:
n
Day-to-day management and operational support for all car park and commercial property sites
n
Supervision of car park attendants and coordinate property management teams.
n
Compliance with WH&S; and other legislative requirements
n
Preparation and presentation of management reports
n




Coordination of all aspects of leasing arrangements
n
Work with marketing professionals to conceive and implement marketing initiatives to develop and maintain business
n
What we are looking for:
n
Operational and management experience - minimum of two years in a similar role
n
Well organised with high level of administrative skills
n
Energy and initiative to drive business
n
Car Park, Commercial Real Estate or Property Management experience is well regarded
n
Computer literacy with knowledge of Excel, Word and Xero (or similar)
n
Current drivers license and own transport is essential
