Hamilton Island is seeking a reliable and hardworking Resort Attendant to join our Public Facilities team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on chance to help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our beautiful island while enjoying the benefits of living and working in paradise.

Where You'll Make an Impact

Maintain high standards of cleanliness across public areas, including resort pathways, pool decks, restaurants, hotel lobbies and public restrooms.
n
Work across a variety of indoor and outdoor locations, including hotels, beaches, resort pools and offices.
n
Ensure all public spaces are clean, safe and visually appealing.
n
Work closely with your team to deliver consistently high presentation standards.

Follow a flexible roster based on operational requirements.

What We're Looking For
n
You are proactive, dependable and take pride in creating clean and welcoming environments. You enjoy working as part of a team, have solid attention to detail and are comfortable completing physically active duties in tropical conditions.

To be successful, you will need:

A current and valid driver's licence - essential. A NAATI translation is required for overseas licences.
n
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping or manual labour.
n
Strong attention to detail and a tidy, qualified approach.
n
Good physical fitness and the ability to work in tropical conditions.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to work a flexible roster.
n
A team-focused approach and reliable work ethic.
