Banhams WA delivers comprehensive, statewide fire protection services across Dry Fire & HVAC, Wet Fire, Pumps, Passive Fire and Maintenance. We utilise advanced equipment, proven technologies, and highly qualified technicians, with all operations aligned to Australian Standards, statutory requirements, and industry best practice to ensure safety, compliance, and long-term asset performance.

We now seek an experienced Service Manager to lead and control our Wet Fire Division. Taking responsibility of the Operational oversight, Financial performance, team coordination and customer service this candidate will posess a background in either Sprinkler fitting, Mechanical Pump systems or Fire protection.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage scheduling and delivery of sprinkler service works
n
Take full P&L; responsibility, including forecasting, invoicing, and cost control
n
Provide technical support to customers, service technicians, and stakeholders
n
Estimate and price repair works and service projects
n
Drive sales and business development for the department
n
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian Standards and company policies
n
Support tender submissions and key account requirements
n

Position Requirements

n
Fire sprinkler mechanical background (preferred)
n
Previous managerial, supervisory, or project management experience
n
Strong leadership with a hands on approach
n
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
n




Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proactive problem solving and strong attention to detail

Customer focused mindset and team-oriented team attitude
