About The Role
As a Sales and Service Consultant you will be the trusted first point of contact for our members, assisting members on inbound calls, providing expert guidance, and connecting them with solutions across our trusted range of products and services. No contact centre experience? No problem. This is the perfect entry-level prospect for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others. We'll provide comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.

Hours, Training and Location
Start date 28th September with interviews scheduled to run on 3rd September
Contract duration is 12 months with the possibility of extension or permanent appointment
Rate of pay is $***** per hour + super + loadings
Part-time positions, 30 hours per week, 4 days a week, 8 hours a day including unpaid lunch break
Shift option 1 Sunday to Wednesday (Sunday loading 68%)




Shift option 2 Wednesday to Saturday (Saturday loading 50%)
Rotating shifts, with start times between 6 30AM and *****AM
Finish times between 2 30pm and 6 00pm
Supported onsite training at our Eight-Mile Plains location
Hybrid work from home – combination of onsite and at home after 3 – 6 months, based on performance
