A great opportunity is available for an experienced
Steel Reinforcement Scheduler
to join a well-established manufacturing business in Perth.
This role will suit someone with a background in reo, cut & bend manufacturing, reinforcement scheduling or production planning, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail.
About the Role
Prepare and coordinate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) from structural drawings and customer requirements.
Develop accurate cut and bend lists for production.
Use ASA and/or AutoCAD to support scheduling and production requirements.
Coordinate production priorities and customer delivery timeframes.
Review and adjust schedules as drawings or requirements change.
Work closely with customers, production and site teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered accurately.
Help improve material efficiency, minimise waste and reduce production errors.
About You
2-3 years' experience in reinforcement scheduling or cut & bend manufacturing.
Strong ability to read and interpret structural/engineering drawings.
Experience with ASA, AutoCAD or similar scheduling/BBS software.
Good understanding of reo products, shapes and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of AS **** and AS/NZS ****.
Strong numerical accuracy, organisation and time management skills.
Confident communicator with a practical, problem-solving approach.

business is looking for a
Scheduler/MRP Planner
in our
Supply Chain Team
based in
Forrestfield, WA.
Schedulers and MRP Planning play a key role in our operational teams; they coordinate and support operations through the scheduling of incoming customer orders for production and distribution and the logistics of delivering our products across the state.You will be a team player who enjoys liaising with different internal teams to ensure orders delivered in full and on time. Success in this role will grow from your high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
What Will You Do?
Partnering closely with our production team, you will support our business to ensure product is made and delivered on time to our valued customers. Quick to adapt and able to juggle multiple priorities at any given time, you will:
MRP planning for WA
identify opportunities to consolidate orders within the production schedule to reduce product line changes-outs and achieve efficiencies
maintain internal databases and provide reporting on scheduling and production capacities
usein-house production detailing systems to assist with the manufacture of bespoke products
work with internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges
actively participating in a variety of continuous improvement initiatives
