Cloud Support Officer | Cloud Data Products

Support secure cloud-based data products and services in an agile environment, providing user support, incident resolution and operational support. The role is based onsite in Barton, with flexible working arrangements considered case-by-case subject to operational requirements and approval.

Location: Barton, ACT
n Work Arrangement: Onsite – flexible working arrangements may be considered case-by-case, subject to operational requirements and approval.
n Contract Duration: 12 months, with a possible 6-month extension
n Security Clearance Requirement: Baseline

Essential Tasks
n
n
Provide first-level support, triage and resolution for cloud data product users.
n
Monitor service performance, investigate incidents and support service reliability.
n
Support cloud security controls, policies and governance requirements.
n
Maintain SOPs, operational documentation and knowledge articles while contributing to continuous improvement.
n

Key Criteria




n
n
Minimum three years' experience supporting cloud data products in a complex enterprise workplace.
n
Experience supporting cloud-based applications and services, including incident management, troubleshooting and user support.
n
AWS Cloud Practitioner training or certification, or an equivalent foundational AWS qualification.
n
Strong stakeholder communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
