National Manager,
you'll lead the next chapter of
Repco Authorised Service (RAS)
and
NexDrive
, influencing the future direction of two nationally recognised brands while helping our members build stronger, more profitable and more successful businesses.
This is a high-profile leadership role where commercial success and meaningful impact go hand in hand.
What you'll be responsible for:
Reporting to the General Manager Trade, you'll lead the
RAS
and
NexDrive
networks across Australia, where you will:
What you'll bring:
Experience leading a franchise, member-based, dealer, licensed or multi-site network
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams




The ability to influence, engage and build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for growth and continuous improvement
Automotive aftermarket experience will be highly regarded. However, we are equally interested in leaders who have successfully led complex customer-facing networks in adjacent industries and can bring strong commercial capability, strategic thinking and people leadership.
