Job Description
UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager to onboard and enable customers globally in a fast-paced, AI-augmented environment. You will manage relationships, provide success plans and training, and ensure customers extract maximum value from UpGuard's CRPM platform.

You will work with product, sales and marketing to align customer outcomes with company growth while supporting a fully remote team with Sydney offices. A robust customer-centric mindset and cyber risk understanding are essential.
