Job Description
Box Hill RSL Sub Branch Inc is seeking a hands-on Bistro Manager to lead on the floor, support the team, and uphold high standards across lunch and dinner services. You will oversee service flow, roster planning and reporting while fostering a skilled, positive team culture.

You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a commitment to consistency. RSA is required; additional Food Safety Supervisor, First Aid or barista experience is a bonus.
