An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Retail Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our David Jones Women's and Child Concession Pads. Work with the team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:
n

Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
n
Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad.
n
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
n

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
n
n
Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
n
An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously.
n
A supportive leader,



with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.
n
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
n
