Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage and deliver planning projects across a diverse portfolio of developments.
n
Prepare and coordinate planning reports, development applications and supporting documentation.
n




Provide strategic planning advice to clients and identify opportunities or risks throughout the development process.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local authorities and key stakeholders.
n
Assess and negotiate complex planning matters to facilitate successful project outcomes.
n
Work closely with senior leaders and project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
n

What you'll need
n
n
Ideally 3-4+ years' experience working in a Town Planning environment.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning, Town Planning or a related discipline.
n
Strong understanding of the development application and planning approval process.
n
Ability to build trusted relationships and understand client needs.
n
Effective analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
n
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
