Job Description
Infosys is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Service Delivery & Implementation Manager – Principal Consultant to lead deployments, drive on-site client engagement, and oversee HR tech innovations across the HR technology landscape.

You will manage onshore/offshore teams, partner with HR and IT stakeholders, and deliver high-quality implementations while promoting AI-enabled HR improvements.
n
The role requires 8–12+ years in SAP SuccessFactors, robust governance, and excellent communication.
