QLI Fitness Equipment Australia is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Silverwater.

This is a hands‐on, sales‐target‐driven role for someone who knows the Australian fitness industry, understands commercial fitness equipment and is ready to build genuine long‐term growth.

You'll be responsible for:

Building strategic partnerships across Australia and selected global markets
n
Developing recent sales channels and commercial opportunities
n
Growing relationships with gyms, distributors, developers and industry partners
n
Managing the full sales cycle—from first conversation through to close
n
Driving sales performance and achieving agreed targets
n
n
We're after someone commercially sharp, confident with people and comfortable moving between strategy and getting the job done.
n
The package includes a competitive base salary plus commission.
