Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager for Foley House in Footscray, VIC. You will support residents using person‐centred and capacity‐building approaches to advance health, wellbeing, independence, and long-term stability.

Reporting to the Homelessness Manager, this fixed‐term full‐time role runs until December **** and is based on‐site at Foley House. The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, and respectful, inclusive service delivery.
