Job Description
South Ave is seeking a senior marketing operator to own and scale the marketing function. You will lead a three-person team, manage agencies, run campaign delivery end-to-end, and build the systems that let the brand grow without chaos.

In six months, the function should run clearly with you at the center of it. The role involves building a structured marketing operation, delivering product drops, retail activations, and partnerships, and creating a 12-month roadmap that aligns across teams.
