What you'll be doing:
n

Preparing and baking quality goods at scale to meet daily production targets
n
Weighing ingredients and preparing dough and fillings with precision
n
Managing the full batch process — loading, baking, unloading, cooling
n
Operating bakery machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
n
Packing, sealing, and labelling product ready for delivery
n
Keeping an eye on stock levels and flagging shortages early
n
Helping train and support newer team members
n
Keeping your section clean, safe, and compliant with food safety standards
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
2+ years' experience in a similar high-volume kitchen or bakery
n
Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
n
A keen eye for detail and consistency
n
A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
n
Current NSW Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate
