What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Travel to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs
n
Diagnose and resolve a wide range of tech issues, including:
n
Internet, email, printer, Wi‐Fi, and router problems
n
PC and Mac troubleshooting
n
Mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming services
n
Install and configure:
n
Network equipment and Wi‐Fi solutions
n
Antivirus, backup, and security systems
n
Perform virus and malware removal, system clean‐ups, and performance optimisation
n
Provide clear, friendly advice and easy‐to‐understand tech support
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate job records
n
Communicate professionally, including courtesy calls when arriving or delayed
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience in IT support across Windows,



macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
n
Solid skills in hardware troubleshooting, software support, and home/small business networking
n
Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in simple terms
n
Reliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop or tablet
n
Smartphone (iPhone 8 or newer preferred)
n
Full Australian working rights
n
Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
n
Public Liability Insurance (preferred for contractors)
n
